In terms of shipping, the standard shipping fee is $12 if the order total does not meet the required minimum spend threshold. For in-home delivery service, the cost starts at $99.99 for orders placed both in store and through the call centre. Thebay.com has a detailed return policy. • Standard-size merchandise (received via Parcel Delivery) may be returned within up to 30 days of purchase for a refund issued to the original tender.
• If you purchased your standard-size merchandise with a Hudson’s Bay Credit Card or Hudson’s Bay Mastercard, you have within up to 90 days to receive a full refund on your card.

There are also some items that are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These include clearance items reduced to 0.96 cent endings, underwear and swimwear (when hygiene liner is removed), car seats, breast pumps and face coverings.

As for the shipping policy, free shipping is available when you sign in on $69 order minimum with a Hudson’s Bay Mastercard® or $99 order minimum. Same Day and Next Day Delivery on select items are available when you place your order by 12pm (delivery by 9pm). The majority of orders placed before 1:00 p.m. ET will ship on the same business day. While they strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed, delays may occur if more time is needed to review an order or if the items ship directly from the brand or manufacturer instead of the distribution center.
